Materials:
Rye fish-3-5 pieces
Chim (barbatti)-8-20 (cut into small pieces)
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Garlic-1-5 koa (bata)
Ginger - 1 teaspoon (bata)
Tomatoes - 1 (squeeze)
Raw pepper-3-5 (sliced)
Yellow powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Hot spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - according to taste
Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
Water - quantity
Dhanapata - for sorting (optional)
Ready:
1. Fish fried:
Wash the roe fish first. Mix a pinch of salt and half teaspoon of turmeric powder in it. Then heat the mustard oil in the curry and put the fish pieces lightly brown and soak it.
2. Made of spice:
Fry the onion in the same oil lightly. Then add the ginger-garlic and stir for a while. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and a little salt until the oil is released from the spices.
3. Added to Chim:
Now stir for 3-5 minutes with chopped spices, so that all the spices are well mixed with the spice.
3. Made of jerks:
Give it with hot water as needed and let it boil. When the water is boiling, give the fried fish pieces. Then sprinkle raw chilli and hot spices.
3. Finished cooking:
Cook in medium heat for 8-12 minutes, until the chim is softened and the fish mix well with spices. Then spread the coriander leaves.
