Bacha macher recipe/How to cook Bacha fish with data in Bangladeshi style


The bacha fish is a delicious fish in the river and canal-bill of Bangladesh, which can be cooked in different ways.  Cooking the river bacha fish with data is a popular term.  Below is a recipe for cooking fish cooking:

 Materials:


 Bacha fish: 100 gram

 Data: 1/4 

 Onion kuchi: 2 medium sized

 Potato: 1

 Ginger Bata: 1 teaspoon

 Garlic Bata: 1 teaspoon

 Tomato Kuchi: 1

 Yellow powder: 1/2 teaspoon

 Chili powder: 1 teaspoon

 Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon

 Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon

 Salt: To taste

 Oil: 1/2 cup

 Dhanapata Kuchi: To sort

 Ready:


 Wash the fish thoroughly and wash the data and potatoes thoroughly.

 Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the onion in the oil until light brown.

 Then add ginger and garlic to the bowl for a while.

 Boil the spices with tomato slices, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Then dug some of the fish. Put the fish in a container.
 Once the spices are released, mix it with the data and potatoes and mix it with the spices. After 2 minutes, give it water. When the data potatoes are cooked, give the fish.

 At the end, spread the coriander leaves and serve.

 The baby fish is very tasty when serving with hot rice.
