Oil – 3 tbsp
Sweet garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – As required
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Method of preparation:
1. First, heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden.
2. Now fry it with ginger-garlic batter and green chillies, mix sweet garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Roast all the spices well so that the aroma comes out.
3. Now add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes so that the meat is well mixed with the spices.
4. Then mix with crushed tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft.
5. When tomatoes are cooked well, add potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, peas and mix.
6. Add some water, let the vegetables cook. If needed, can add more water.
