Easy Cooking Process for 8 Kg Chicken: Bangladeshi Style


Cooking chicken is a joy for many, but cooking large quantities of chicken can be a bit challenging.  Especially when you have to cook 8 kg of chicken, timing and quantity are important.  But cooking chicken Bangladeshi style can be easy and delicious, if you follow some simple methods.

Chicken recipe


 Ingredients:


 Chicken (8 kg)


 Onions (4 large, chopped)


 Ginger paste (2 tbsp)


 Garlic paste (2 tbsp)


 Tomatoes (2, chopped)


 Yogurt (1 cup)


 Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)


 Chilli powder (2 tbsp)


 Coriander powder (1 tablespoon)


 Cumin powder (1 tablespoon)


 Garam masala (1 teaspoon)


 Oil (1 cup)


 salt (to taste)


 Water (3-4 cups)


 Chillies (4-5, chopped)


 Onion barista (1/2 cup, fried onion)


 Process:


 Chicken Preparation: First wash the chicken well and cut it into pieces.  Marinate each piece of chicken for 15-20 minutes by applying salt, turmeric powder, and half a spoonful of chili powder as required.


 Heat oil: Heat 1 cup of oil in a large pan or pot.  When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry until golden.


 Preparation of masala: After sauteing onion, add ginger paste and garlic paste to it.  Grind the two spices well until the sweet aroma comes out.  Then add the tomato paste and saute until the tomatoes are soft.


 Mixing the spices: Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala to the chopped tomatoes and grind them well.


 Adding the chicken: After grinding the spices well, add the chicken pieces to the pan.  When the chicken is well coated with the spices on all sides, fry for 2-3 minutes.


 Adding water and curd: Add curd to chicken and mix and saute for 1 minute.  Then add water (3-4 cups) and mix everything together well.  Then cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes, don't forget to stir occasionally.


 Garam masala and green chillies at the end:   

Add garam masala and green chillies at the end of cooking.  Mix well once, cover for another 5-7 minutes.  Then turn off the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.


 Serving: 8 kg chicken is now ready.  It can be served with rice, paratha or roti.  Garnish with fried onions or green chillies if desired.


 Suggestion:


 Turn the chicken occasionally so that the chicken pieces cook well.


 The chicken may take longer to cook, so be patient.


 If you want, you can decorate with coriander leaves.


 You can cook 8 kg of chicken in this simple process and enjoy the taste of traditional Bangladeshi chicken to your guests.
