How to cook roe fish

Rooster fish roast recipe

Rui fish roast is a delicious and popular Bengali dish.  Especially during weddings or festivals this dish is on the table.  Try this easy and flavorful recipe.


Ingredients:

Rui Fish: 500 grams (pieces) yogurt: 1 cup of ginger pori: 1 tablespoon red chilin powders: 1 teaspoons (according to interest) cumin powder: 1 teaspoon of riches: 1 tea Spoon Lemur Ross: 2 tablespoons of tablespoons: Oils according to the taste: 3-4 tablespoons onion: 1 (grinded) treasure page: for sorting

Method:

Marination: First put the fish pieces in a bowl.  Add curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chillies, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt to it and marinate it for 30 minutes.

 Frying Preparation: Heat oil in a pan.  Add the chopped onion to the oil and fry until golden.

 Cooking Fish: Add the marinated fish to the pan.  Fry both sides well on medium heat until the fish is golden and fragrant.

 Serving: When fish is cooked, remove from pan and place on a serving plate.  Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve.
